  13. Hi everyone,

  15. I just upgraded my USR 28.8 External eeprom chip to 33.6.  Now whenever I fax 
  16. from either procomm plus 2.11 or win fax 4.0, I get a fax protocol error.  I 
  17. can dial the modem and hook up with the fax machine, but then the connection 
  18. hangs up after a few seconds.  
  19.  
  20. Does anyone have any suggestions to get my modem faxing properly?
